Dan Quigley

Dan graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Accounting, starting his business career in public accounting. He then moved to private industry as a controller for a financial services company, followed by many years as a loan officer for several asset-based lending companies, and finally as a loan officer for a local bank to keep his growing family in Kansas City.

It was his experience in lending that piqued his interest in real estate development, where he developed two subdivisions in Overland Park and one in Lenexa. Dan then decided to focus exclusively on new home construction.

Dan Quigley personally coordinates with architects, engineers, and surveyors on all design and site planning matters. As the general contractor, Dan is on-site daily, supervising all phases of residential construction and managing trusted subcontractor relationships.

Nancy Quigley

Nancy graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in _____________ and a masters in speech pathology. As Dan’s wife and life partner, it was only natural for her to then become his business partner, handling recordkeeping, accounting, reporting, bill paying and just about any task necessary for all custom home building projects.

Tim Quigley

Tim graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Accounting, starting his business career in public accounting. He then moved into trust banking, specializing in employee benefit plan customer relations and sales. After this Tim began his career in real estate, first as a commercial real estate agent and then as an affordable housing developer. After a short retirement, Tim began assisting his brother Dan with the home-building business by originating new business opportunities.
